Every lead who completes a showing is asked for feedback — a 1–5 star rating and an optional written comment. Feedback shows up on your Listing Reports, helps you spot patterns, and gives you a quick health check on each property.Documentation Index

How feedback is collected
RentSmart sends a Feedback Request SMS shortly after the showing window closes:- For Self-Access: included in the post-showing SMS sequence
- For In-Person: sent after the showing’s scheduled end time
Where to see feedback
Per property: open the property → Showing Coordinator widget → Feedback tab. You’ll see every piece of feedback received for that property, with:- Lead name
- Date submitted
- Star rating
- Written comment (if any)
- Hide on Report button
- The Overview tab of the Showing Coordinator (Avg Rating)
- The Dashboard → Listing Metrics widget
- The Listing Report
Hiding feedback from reports
Sometimes a piece of feedback is off-topic or about a totally unrelated issue. Click Hide on Report on the row. That feedback:- Stays in your portal view (you can still see it)
- Is excluded from generated and scheduled Listing Reports
- Greys out in the Feedback tab
- The button toggles to Show on Report, which you can click to bring it back
What gets included in the Listing Report
By default: every non-hidden piece of feedback for the property. See The Listing Report for the full report layout. The Listing Report
