Your Public Listing Page is the branded landing page that shows every currently-active property in your organization. The URL is yours: app.rentsmart.com/your-slug. Share it on your website, in social posts, on for-rent signs, or anywhere you’d send prospects.

What it shows

Every currently-active listing on your organization appears as a card. Inactive listings don’t appear — activate a property to make it visible here. Each property card displays:
  • Cover photo
  • Pet Friendly flag (when pets are allowed)
  • Section 8 flag (when Section 8 is accepted)
  • Monthly rent
  • Beds / baths / square feet
  • Address
  • Schedule Showing button (goes to the per-property page)

Setting your custom slug

The slug is the part after / in the URL. It’s set in Organization settings:
  • Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens allowed
  • Leave blank during onboarding to auto-generate from your company name
  • Live availability check — green check (“This URL is available”) or red error if it’s taken
A slug like acme-rentals produces app.rentsmart.com/acme-rentals.

What visitors can filter by

The page includes a horizontal filter bar:
  • Search — by address, ZIP, or city
  • City — searchable dropdown
  • Price — min/max slider + inputs
  • Beds & Baths — minimum-bed and minimum-bath dropdowns
  • Sqft — min/max
  • More — toggles for “Section 8 only” and “Pet-friendly only”
Plus a sort dropdown: Recently Added / Price Low to High / Price High to Low / Bedrooms / Bathrooms / Square Feet.

Branding

Your branding shows up via:
  • Company logo in the top-left header (set in Organization settings)
  • Listing Accent Color on the buttons and progress trackers throughout
  • Company name in the dynamic heading “[Company Name] Available Rentals”
If you don’t upload a logo, RentSmart’s logo is used in its place.

What can’t be removed

The footer shows:
  • ”© 2026 RentSmart Solutions”
  • Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy links
  • “Powered by RentSmart” attribution (cannot be removed)
