The Account page at app.rentsmart.com/account is for your personal user settings — separate from organization-wide settings.

What’s personal vs. shared

Changes you make on this page affect only you. Your teammates have their own Account pages.

Two tabs

Details

URL: app.rentsmart.com/account#account-details. Fields displayed:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
By default, the fields are read-only. Click Edit Information to make them editable, then Save Changes to commit.

Password

URL: app.rentsmart.com/account#change-password. Change your password by entering:
  • Current Password
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password
Click Change Password to update. If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in, use the Forgot Password? link on the login page instead.

Profile photo

At the top of the page, next to your name, is a circular avatar. Click it to open a modal where you can upload a photo.
Your profile photo is shown only on this Account page. It doesn’t appear in the sidebar, on leads, or anywhere else in the portal. It’s purely personal — a way to confirm you’re logged into the right account.

The sidebar’s Account sub-menu lists three items:
  • Details — this page’s Details tab
  • Password — this page’s Password tab
  • Notifications — a shortcut to the separate Notifications page (not a tab of Account)
