Every active property gets its own branded public detail page automatically. You can also download a QR code flyer to leave inside the property.

The Property Listing Page

When you activate a property, RentSmart generates a public URL automatically: app.rentsmart.com/[your-slug]/[property-slug] The property slug is generated from the address. Only currently-active properties have a publicly-accessible URL — deactivating removes it.

What’s on the page

Top of page:
  • Header — your logo, plus a Back to Rentals button that returns to your Public Listing Page
  • Photo carousel — all uploaded photos, click any to view fullscreen
  • Property basics — address, monthly rent, beds, baths, square feet, deposit
  • Two action buttons:
Four detail tabs:
  • Overview — the listing description (AI-generated or hand-written)
  • Details & Amenities — rent, deposit, beds/baths/sqft, all selected amenities, utilities included, lease terms
  • Fee Breakdown — every fee with its type (refundable / non-refundable) and frequency (monthly / one-time / etc.) — RentSmart’s transparency promise to prospective tenants
  • Pet Policy — your pet policy for this specific property
Bottom of page:
  • Similar Properties — up to 4 other properties RentSmart’s matching algorithm suggests
  • Footer with the same Privacy Policy / Terms / “Powered by RentSmart” elements

QR code flyers

Every active property has a printable QR code flyer that opens the Reusable RentSmart Profile flow when scanned.

How to download

  • From the activation modal — Step 3 has a Download QR Code link
  • From the Dashboard — Quick Links → Application QR Code
The flyer is a PDF. Print it and leave it inside the rental home — prospective tenants touring the property can scan the code and start a Profile on the spot.

Where to use these URLs

The property’s public URL works as a destination for:
  • Your own website (link directly to the property)
  • Social media posts (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, etc.)
  • Email signatures
  • For-rent signs (alongside or below the QR code)
  • Sharing with prospects directly
