What you can edit any time
- Property Details — rent, deposit, beds, baths, square feet
- Amenities — interior and property amenities, including any custom ones you’ve added
- Other Information — fees included in rent, additional fees, utilities, lease terms, Section 8, special entry instructions, renovation notes
- Auto Denial Rules / Pet Policy — switch between Global and Custom independently for each
- Property Owner — owner name, phone, email, and the scheduled lead report toggle
- Internal Notes — freeform notes visible only to your team
- Photos — see Manage photos
What’s locked while a property is active
Two fields can’t be changed while the property is Active:- Property Address
- Property Type (Single-Family, Multi-Family, Condo/Townhome)
How editing works
For most widgets:- Click Edit in the top-right of the widget
- Make your changes in the modal that opens
- Click Save Changes to commit, or Cancel to discard
A few specifics
- Fees — pencil icon on an existing fee opens the edit modal; the × icon removes the fee from this property only, not from your global fee templates.
- Auto Denial Rules / Pet Policy — when you switch from Global to Custom, the full rule set appears inline so you can fine-tune it. Switching back to Global discards your custom values and restores the organization-wide defaults.
- Custom amenities — type any name (max 50 characters) and check the box. A new blank row appears for the next one.
Manage photos
Add, reorder, or delete photos for any property.
Deactivate or delete
Pause a listing or remove it permanently.
