The Listing Report is whitelabeled — it uses your logo and accent color throughout, so the report you send to a property owner feels like it came from your company, not RentSmart.Documentation Index

What’s whitelabeled
The PDF report applies your branding to:- Cover page — your company logo + property address + date
- Metrics page header — your logo and the property address
- Feedback pages header — your logo and the property address
- Accent color — used on dividers, titles, and chart elements throughout
What’s not whitelabeled
Two pieces of RentSmart attribution always appear:- “powered by RentSmart”
- “showing metrics and feedback tracked by RentSmart”
How to set your branding
Two settings drive everything: your company logo and your Listing Accent Color. Both live in Organization settings.Company logo
Upload at Organization → Settings → Company Logo.- Recommended: transparent-background PNG, around 500 × 150 px
- Used on:
- Public Listing Page
- Per-property Listing Pages
- The Listing Report PDF
- Scheduled owner reports
Listing accent color
Set at Organization → Settings → Listing Accent Color.- Click the color swatch to use a color picker
- Or paste a hex code (e.g.,
#1F77D6) - The Reset icon (circular arrow) restores RentSmart Red
- Public Listing Page buttons and progress trackers
- Per-property Listing Page buttons
- The Schedule Flow’s primary actions
- The Listing Report PDF accent elements
Scheduling reports to owners
Once branding is set, scheduled reports use the same whitelabeling automatically. Configure scheduled reports on each property’s Property Owner widget. Reports go out at 9 AM Eastern Time on the chosen cadence (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly).Organization settings
