A property can have up to 50 photos, each up to 20 MB. The first photo in the order is the cover photo — it’s what shows on listing cards, your Public Listing Page, and the property’s own public page.

Where to manage photos

Open the property → scroll to the Property Photo Gallery widget → click Manage Photos. The Manage Photos modal has:
  • A grid of every photo you’ve uploaded (drag to reorder)
  • A dropzone on the right for new uploads
  • Hover controls for deleting individual photos
  • A Remove All button at the bottom-left
Click Save to commit changes, or Cancel to discard.

Adding photos

Two ways:
  • Drag and drop files from your computer into the dropzone
  • Click the dropzone to open a file browser
Each photo shows a loading thumbnail until upload finishes. The Save button is disabled while any upload is in progress.
Photos must be image files, max 20 MB each. The 50-photo limit is per property — once you hit it, you’ll need to delete one to add another.

Setting the cover photo

The cover is whatever sits in position 1. To change it, drag any other photo to position 1.

Deleting photos

  • One at a time — hover the photo and click the delete icon that appears
  • All at once — click Remove All at the bottom-left of the Manage Photos modal
Both actions take effect only when you click Save. Outside the Manage Photos modal, the Property Photo Gallery widget shows 9 photos per page with Next and Previous controls.
