When you activate a listing, RentSmart automatically pushes it to multiple listing partner sites. Here’s what each partner covers and where their free-tier limits kick in.

The full partner list

How syndication works

The moment you click Activate Property on a listing, RentSmart sends the property’s data to every applicable partner’s feed. Most partners pick it up within a few hours and publish to their sites. The data sent includes:
  • Property address and details (beds, baths, sqft)
  • Rent and deposit
  • Photos
  • Amenities
  • Property description
  • Your contact info (or your Lead Email)

Multi-family caveats

Three partners require a separate direct contract to list multi-family properties:
  • Apartments.com
  • Apartment List
  • Zillow Group
If your property is multi-family and you want to appear on those sites, you’ll need to contact each partner directly to set that up — RentSmart syndicates the data but can’t bypass the contractual gate.

Volume caveats

Zumper limits free syndication to 5 listings per company. If you have more than 5 active listings, additional ones won’t sync to Zumper until you contact them to upgrade.

What you can verify

The Syndication tab on each property’s Showing Coordinator shows:
  • Which sites the property syndicated to
  • The Public Individual Property Listing Page URL
  • The property-specific Lead Email

What about other sites?

RentSmart doesn’t directly syndicate to Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, your own website, or smaller regional sites. For those, use your Lead Email as the inquiry contact — emails sent there auto-import as leads.
