# Where your leads come from

> The five channels that bring prospects into RentSmart.

Once a property is [active](/properties/activate-listing), leads can reach you through five different paths. Some are automatic; others you trigger manually.

## 1. Syndication partners

When you activate a listing, RentSmart pushes it to listing sites you don't have to touch:

* Apartments.com group (Apartments.com, ApartmentFinder, Apartamentos.com)
* Apartment List
* Rent. group (Rent.com, ApartmentGuide, Rentals.com, Redfin Rentals)
* Zillow Group (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads)
* Zumper
* Dwellsy
* RentalBeast

## 2. Your Public Listing Pages

Two whitelabeled public pages drive leads on your own URL:

* **Public Listing Page** — `app.rentsmart.com/your-slug` — shows every active property in your organization
* **Public Individual Property Listing Page** — `app.rentsmart.com/your-slug/property-slug` — the per-property detail page where the [schedule flow](/showings/schedule-flow) lives

Share these URLs anywhere you'd link to your rentals — your website, social posts, signs, business cards.

## 3. Your Lead Email

Every organization gets a unique **Lead Email** address. Use it as the inquiry/contact email on any external site RentSmart doesn't syndicate to. Inquiries sent to it get parsed for name, contact info, source, and property:

* If RentSmart matches the email to a specific property, the lead is created on that property and gets an auto-reply with scheduling info
* If no match, the lead gets a generic auto-reply pointing to your Public Listing Page

## 4. Manual Invite to View

For one-off invitations to specific people:

* **Dashboard → Quick Actions → Invite to View** — type an email, click **Send Invite**. The recipient gets an email with a link to your Public Listing Page (not a specific property).
* **All Leads → row action → Invite to Schedule** — for an existing lead who hasn't booked yet. One-shot only (you can't spam them).

## 5. Application QR Code flyers

Every active property generates a downloadable **QR Code flyer**. Print one and leave it inside the rental home — leads touring the property can scan and start a Reusable RentSmart Profile on the spot.

Download it from the [activation modal](/properties/activate-listing) or any time from the Dashboard → Quick Links → **Application QR Code** (UI button name).
