# Your dashboard

> The customizable landing page you see every time you log in.

The Dashboard at [app.rentsmart.com/dashboard](https://app.rentsmart.com/dashboard) is where you land after every login and whenever you click the RentSmart logo. It surfaces what matters most across your properties, leads, and households — and the layout is yours to customize.

## The three top stats

Three summary cards are always visible at the top, always in this order:

* **Active Listings** — total currently-listed properties
* **Leads This Month** — leads received this calendar month, across all properties
* **Applicants This Month** (UI label) — households submitted this calendar month

Each card has a **View** button that opens the full page for that metric.

## Quick Actions

Four shortcuts for the things you do most often:

* **Create Listing** — opens the [Create Listing flow](/properties/create-listing)
* **Add a Lockbox** — buy a new Codebox or link an existing lockbox
* **Invite to Apply** — email someone a direct link to start a Reusable RentSmart Profile
* **Invite to View** — email someone a link to your Public Listing Page

## Quick Links

Four copy-paste / download tools for sharing RentSmart outside the portal:

* **Application QR Code** — download a printable flyer to leave inside properties
* **Application Link** — copy `rentsmart.com/application` to clipboard
* **Listing Page** — open your Public Listing Page in a new tab
* **Lead Email** — copy your unique [Lead Email](/branding/lead-email) for use as the inquiry contact on external sites

## Data widgets

The rest of the page is data widgets you can rearrange or toggle off:

* **Global Lead Conversion** — your end-to-end funnel: leads → scheduled → completed showings, with conversion rates and date filters
* **Lead Traffic Comparison** — how a chosen property is performing compared to your other listings at matching points in their timeline
* **Applicants** (widget label) — recent households with quick-details on income, credit score, and status
* **Listing Metrics** — performance table for every property (leads, showings, days listed, rating)
* **Global Screening Criteria** — your current Auto Denial Rules, Pet Policy, and Additional Criteria
* **Lockboxes** — all your lockboxes with quick actions for one-time codes and tracking
* **Announcements** — updates from RentSmart

## Customizing the layout

Click **Customize Dashboard** in the top-right of the page. A side panel opens with on/off toggles for every widget, and each widget on the page gains a drag handle for reordering.

The three top stats (Active Listings, Leads This Month, Applicants This Month) cannot be moved or hidden — everything else can.

Layout is **per user** — each teammate sees their own arrangement.

When you're done, click **Done** in the top banner or click **Customize Dashboard** again. Your layout saves automatically.
